Behind every bake is a story—and Kunjal Desai’s story is one of courage, resilience and starting again.

A passionate foodie, mother and self-made entrepreneur, Kunjal began her baking journey in South Delhi in 2016, turning her love for baking into a home-based business. A year later, life presented one of her toughest battles when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2017–18. She fought through it, emerged stronger and chose to rebuild her life with the same determination that had always defined her.

 

Just as her baking journey was gaining momentum in Delhi, personal circumstances brought her to Ahmedabad in 2023. Starting over once again was not easy—but giving up was never an option.

 

She rebuilt her network, joined business communities, participated in events and gradually created a new identity for herself as a baker and entrepreneur in Ahmedabad.

 

That journey became Treatory Bake Hub.

Today, Kunjal creates premium, handcrafted, fresh and completely egg-free bakes, made from scratch without pre-mixes. Every cake, pastry and dessert reflects her belief that food should be made with quality, creativity and heart.
